This policy describes how the enquiries you send through villalegna.com are handled.

Data controller: the ownership of Villa Legna, represented by [OWNER ENTITY — to complete], [ADDRESS — to complete]. Contact: pn@ki2f.com.

Data collected: the details you enter in the enquiry forms (name, e-mail, telephone, country, message, enquirer profile), the language you used, the page you arrived on and the campaign identifiers in its address, and — where you have consented — audience-measurement data.

Purpose and legal basis: responding to your enquiry and organising viewings (steps taken at your request prior to a contract); measuring which publications bring interested visitors (your consent, where required).

Retention: enquiries are kept for the duration of the sale process and up to three years after the last contact, then deleted.

Recipients: the ownership and the persons it mandates to conduct viewings; the technical providers hosting the site and its database (Vercel, Supabase — servers in the European Union / United States under standard contractual clauses); the e-mail delivery provider (Resend).

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, by writing to pn@ki2f.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or your local authority.
